Terms of Use

1. The service and acceptance

Auren Online is a browser strategy and fantasy game, currently in beta testing. Access requires a Google account and depends on available spots. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the rules for using the game; receiving news emails is a separate, optional choice.

The test is free, and real-money purchases are disabled during this phase. Features, balance rules, activity durations, and availability may change during development. We will announce significant changes through the game's channels.

2. Minimum age

To create a hero and use Auren Online, you must be at least 16 years old. If you do not meet this requirement, do not create a character or use an account. Registration does not request an identity document to verify age.

If you are 16 or 17, talk to your parent or guardian before playing. The game includes chat and guilds with other players. Do not share your full name, address, phone number, school, or passwords in these interactions. Use the available reporting tools and seek help from your parent or guardian if you receive inappropriate contact or content.

People under 16 must not create or use an account. If we receive reliable information that an account is being used by someone below the minimum age, we may restrict access. Parents or guardians may write to support@auren-online.com to request a review of the account and associated data.

3. Account and security

You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or bypass limits on spots, suspensions, or security. Notify support@auren-online.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your hero, progress, inventory, and participation in activities are associated with the account used to sign in. There is no promise that progress can be transferred between accounts.

4. Conduct in the realm

Treat other players with respect. Do not use chat, names, guilds, or feedback features to harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, disclose third parties' personal data, send spam, or publish illegal content or content that violates others' rights.

Do not use bots, exploits, unauthorized automation, fake accounts, or modifications to gain an advantage or harm the service. Report flaws and abuse through support or the available reporting tools.

5. Content, items, and progress

The game's art, code, text, systems, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You receive limited personal permission to use the game under these Terms. Virtual items, currencies, and rewards are game features; their availability and rules may change during the beta. They do not represent money or a right to cash out.

You retain your rights to messages and other content you create. You authorize their use only to the extent needed to display, store, moderate, and operate the features in which you posted them. Avoid sharing personal information in public chat.

6. Moderation and measures

We may remove content, limit chat, suspend access, or take other proportionate measures when these rules are violated, a security risk arises, or a legal obligation applies. We will consider severity, repetition, and context. You may request a review at support@auren-online.com.

We may interrupt the service for maintenance, to fix problems, or to protect the game and its participants. This does not limit rights that the law grants to consumers or data subjects.

7. Changes and contact

The version and date of these Terms appear on this page. Significant changes will be communicated appropriately; when necessary, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the game. If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop using the service and request information about your data.
