Choose a goal before leaving

Each territory has its own enemies, resources, and requirements. Check the required level, your conquest grade, and the reward estimate. Later regions require progress in earlier ones as well as the right level.

Prepare attributes, skills, and equipment before leaving. The expedition uses the preparation recorded at the start; later changes do not affect that journey's encounters.

Your journey continues while you are offline

You can leave the screen or close the browser after starting an expedition. Encounters are processed at their scheduled time, with rest between fights. When you return, review the battles and the activity result.

Longer journeys include more encounters and searches for equipment. They let you spend more time away from the game, but do not guarantee a specific piece.

Victories advance conquest and determine the result

Fights won during expeditions add progress to the challenged territory grade. Progress is credited when you return; defeats do not erase victories earned on earlier journeys.

Experience, gold, and materials follow the proportion of encounters won. A full victory can also award equipment and the journey chest under their conditions. A partial journey keeps its conquest victories but does not award that equipment or chest.

Chances, requirements, and estimates appear before departure. Canceling an expedition before it returns grants no rewards or territory progress.

How is an expedition different from a hunt?

An expedition combines encounters on a journey and advances territory conquest. In a hunt, you choose an eligible monster for one fight with your current preparation. Winning hunts award resources and relevant activity progress, but do not count as territory conquest victories.

Choose an expedition to explore while away, or a hunt when you want to face one target. In both cases, check requirements and preparation before starting.
